Speaker, International Conference on the Resolution of Mass Disputes

Professor Mullenix was a speaker at the International Conference on the Resolution of Mass Disputes, sponsored by the University of Haifa, Israel on November 26-27, 2015. She gave two talks at the conference: “The End of the American Shangri-Law: Closing the Courts to Transnational Collective Actions;” and “Mediating and Arbitrating Collective Settlements”. Conference speakers included scholars from the U.K., various EU countries, Asia, and Israel.
