Conference on EU Collective Redress Project

Professor Mullenix was a commentator and panelist at the Conference on EU Collective Redress Proejct, at Wolfson College, Oxford University, U.K. on December 12-13, 2016. She discussed issues relating to recent developments in EU countries concerning class action and other collective redress mechanisms. The conference was organized by Professor Chris Hodges of Wolfson College, and Professor Stefaan Voet of the Catholic University of Leuven. The invitation conference convened scholars, attorneys, and government officials from various EU countries, who reported on developments in collective redress in their countries.
