Professor Mullenix participated as an Invited Conferee at Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System, at a meeting on “Efficiency in Motion: A Convening on Summary Judgment and Dispositive Motions” (Colorado Springs, Colorado, November 9-10, 2017)(an invitation-only convening of approximately 25 judges, attorneys, and scholars from around the country to discuss the current challenges of summary judgment and dispositive motions practice, and brainstorm solutions designed to decrease cost and delay).
