Speaker and panelist, AALS Section on Litigation

Professor Mullenix was a speaker and panelist at the Section on Litigation of the Association of American Law Schools annual meeting in San Francisco, California on January 6, 2017. The section program was on "MDL Problems." Professor Mullenix spoke on "Policing MDL Non-Class Aggregate Settlements Through the All Writs Act." The Review of Litigation will publish the article based on this presentation.
