Conference Speaker

Professor Mullenix was an invited speaker at the international conference of scholars, judges, and students, sponsored by the Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, on Novermber 22-23, 2018. The meeting was of the International Congress of Collectivization and Unity of Law. Professor Mullenix gave two separate lectures: "New Frontiers for Resolving Aggregate Litigation," and "Judicial Management in Complex Litigation: Powers and Perils." Both lectures will be published as papers in a forthcoming conference volume, I Congresso Internacional de Coletivaco e Unidade do Direito, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, 2019).
