Senior Scholar Commentator, Federal Courts Junior Scholarship Workshop

Professor Mullenix participated as a senior scholar, reviewing draft articles by junior scholars, at the Federal Courts Junior Scholarship Workshop conducted at the University of Oklahoma Law School. She was joined by other senior federal courts scholars. Professor Mullenix reviewed and commented on two draft articles dealing with aspects of multidistrict (MDL) litigation.
