Symposium Speaker

Professor Mullenix was a symposium speaker at the McGeorge School of Law during a program entitled "Blocking the Courthouse Door: Federal Civil Procedure Obstacles to Entry." Her talk was on the topic "Is the Arc of Procedure Bending Towards Injustice?" The program centered on discussion of Professor Michael Vitiello's book, Animating Civil Procedure (Carolina Academic Press 2017). The program brought together leading civil procedure scholars from around the country.  Professor Mullenix's paper will be published in the law review.
