Symposium Speaker, State Enforcement in an Interstate World

Professor Mullenix delivered a paper, "Complex Litigation in a Dual Court System: Public and Private State Court Enforcement in an Era of Federalized Class Actions." The paper discusses the role of state class action litigation in the aftermath of the Class Action Fairness Act. This presentation was part of the Birgham Young Law School law review symposium.
