Conferee, Comparative Procedural Law and Justice Mid-term Conference

Professor Mullenix was a participant presenter during the Comparative Procedural Law and Justice Mid-Term Conference, on a joint project for the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law. She presented her segment of the joint compendium of comparative civil procedural law, to be published by the International Association of Procedural Law in 2024. The conference was attended by project scholars globally from all continents and legal systems.
