Professor Mullenix was a speaker at the Emory Law School's Conference, "Class Actions in Europe and the United States -- 2023 and Beyond: A Comparative Civl Justice Conference." She spoke on "Class Action Waivers in Arbitration Agreements: The Twenty-First Century Arbitration Battleground and Implications for the EU Countries." Her conference paper will be published in the Emory Law Journal of International Relations, in Spring 2024.
