The Judge William Wayne Justice Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law is awarded annually to a third-year law student of scholastic merit who evidences a commitment to promoting civil rights and civil liberties in the United States. The class of 2025 scholarship, in the amount of $3,000, will be awarded in December 2024. The scholarship is funded by a gift from Elizabeth Parrish.
Scholastic merit includes the student’s academic record and leadership in and outside of the Law School. Financial need is considered when choosing between equally meritorious candidates.
- Eligibility
The scholarship is open to full-time law students who plan to graduate in May or August 2025.
