The Career Services Office is hosting an Open House for all students in preparation for Fall On-Campus Interviews. Students are encouraged to stop by the Career Services Interview Suite any time during the day and speak with our career counselors who will be on hand to answer questions and familiarize students with the locations of the interview rooms and the OCI interview process. Free copies of "Chambers Associate: The Student’s Guide to Law Firms" will be available while supplies last.

New Location! Learn what you need to know to succeed at on-campus interviews. Yolanda Garcia '99, Litigation Partner at Weil, Gotschal & Manges (Dallas) and Morgan Matson, '99, President of Preferred Counsel Legal Placement Services (San Antonio), will discuss how to sell yourself in a 20-minute interview, what employers are looking for in an ideal candidate, common interview questions, and mistakes you should avoid. They will also talk about professional etiquette for receptions, meals, and correspondence, and answer any additional questions you may have. Lunch will be served. University Duplicating Service will be on-site selling Fall 2010 course packets in the Mail & Supply Department (TNH 1.207) beginning Friday, August 20th – Friday, September 3rd. Their hours will be from 8am-5pm (closed for lunch from 12-1pm).
