Pumpkins and Poker is an annual tournament that raises money which enables the Domestic Violence Survivor Support Network to provide assistance to victims of domestic violence year-round. All of the proceeds from the event go directly to victims and assists them with much needed direct services. Examples of what these funds are used for include: providing money for bus tickets for victims who need to relocate for safety reasons; assisting with past due utility bills; past due rent and mortgage payments; all of which help empower our clients and stabilize their lives.
