Learn about various summer opportunities available for law students, including public service and judicial internships, small and large law firm clerkships, and other options that will advance your career. 2Ls & 3Ls will discuss how to make the upcoming summer a productive one that will help you gain experience and contacts and make you more marketable. Panelists include Braden Civins, 3L (U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs; State of Texas Office of the Attorney General, Criminal Prosecutions Division; and State of Texas Senate Research Center); Susannah Volpe, 3L (CASA de Maryland – Peggy Browning Fellow; The Legal Aid Society, Immigration Law Unit); Jeff Nydegger, 3L (Stahl, Bernal and Davies, L.L.P.); Joshua Yi, 2L (Vinson & Elkins); Katherine Rollins, 2L (Duke Energy); and Sara Ingram, 2L (judicial intern for the Honorable Andrew Austin, U.S. Magistrate Judge with the U.S. District Court, WD TX).
