The Texas Environmental Law Journal is hosting its first annual symposium on the legal and environmental impacts of extracting gas from shale. The symposium will convene an interdisciplinary group of speakers representing the oil and gas industry, environmental interests, and legal practitioners. 3.5 hours of CLE credit is available for a registration fee of $75.
