Dan Rodriguez will give a talk on Wednesday sponsored by the American Constitution Society. This event is open to the public. Rodriguez will discuss the gay marriage litigation of the last decade, touching on both the constitutional issues it raises and the strategic choices the gay rights movement has made in its litigation efforts. He will conclude with a preview of potential outcomes of the pending Proposition 8 case from California. This talk will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Eidman Courtroom.
