Jonathan Rapping is the Founder/CEO of the Southern Public Defender Training Center (SPDTC). The Southern Public Defender Training Center provides training to new public defenders throughout the South. Its mission to inspire, mobilize and train legal professionals to provide the highest quality defense representation to people unable to afford an attorney.Students may attend one or both sessions.
