On April 11th at 3pm in the Fleming Room, ACS will host a study break talk with Professor Steve Bickerstaff. Prof. Bickerstaff served as Parliamentarian of the Texas Senate and special assistant Texas Attorney General before founding the private law firm of Bickerstaff & Heath in 1980. The firm continues to be one of the premier election law firms in the country. Currently he is an Adjunct Professor at UT Law teaching courses on voting and election law. At the study break, he will discuss redistricting in Texas, both in 2003 and in 2011.
