On Wednesday, April 27, in TNH 2.139, Professor Sokolow will present a session entitled “Legal Analysis: Remedies Under the UCC” for 1L’s currently taking Contracts and working with the UCC. The session is a great explanation of remedies and how to analyze problems; students in the past have found the session incredibly helpful.
