"Declaration of Intention to Study Law" Timely-Filing Deadline

The Declaration of Intent to Study Law must be be filed by all persons who have begun their law study at ABA-approved schools in Texas and intend to apply for licensure in Texas.

Your Declaration must be filed or postmarked by October 1st to be considered timely-filed. A $150 late fee will be imposed on all Declarations filed after October 1st.
