Most bars (including TX, CA and NY) include a performance test - the Multistate Performance Test is most commonly used. The MPT includes a fact pattern, the law that applies to those facts and an assignment for you to complete, typically a memo. Many students ignore the MPT while studying, to their peril. Learn now how to approach the MPT as well as the skills you'll need to pass.
