Fifty years after the Supreme Court’s landmark decisions on school prayer, many public schools around the country still struggle to honor their basic First Amendment duties.

Daniel Mach, Director of the ACLU Program on Freedom of Religion and Belief, will discuss some of the recurring problems and recent conflicts – including proselytizing school assemblies, sectarian Bible curricula, restrictive student dress codes, and more.

Craig Morris has served with the PTO since 1983 and is currently the head of the Trademark Outreach Program. Come hear Craig talk about what it is like on the other side of the trademark prosecution process.
