Learn about careers in transactional law in both the private and public sectors. Panelists will discuss the various career options in transactional law, the market for transactional lawyers, the skills and training that are important, and how to enter the field. Panelists include Mike Laussade, ’06, Jackson Walker (Dallas); Doug Booth, ’92, Law Offices of Douglas A. Booth (Austin); Art Muela, ’91, Legal Director, Healthcare Information Technology, Dell, Inc.; and Andrea Beleno Harrington, ’03, Texas RioGrande Legal Aid and Texas C-Bar.
