The Auction, which includes both a live and silent auction, is held every fall at a local restaurant or bar. Professors, local businesses, and legal professionals donate valuable items that are auctioned off to the highest bidder during the live auction.

Second- and third-year students and alumni up to one year after graduation are eligible to participate in Fall On-Campus Interviews per employer requests.

Professor donations include: "Artifice, Ruse, and Subterfuge at the Card Table" with Dean Farnsworth, a wine and cheese party for up to 14 students with Professors Sager & Cohen, and "Life Styles of the Rich and Famous," an evening with Professor Johnanson. Other Auction items include a Kaplan Bar Review course, SXSW wristbands, and gift certificates to local Austin favorites including: The Alamo, Taco Deli, P. Terry's. Doors open at 6:30pm.
