A lunchtime Opportunity Forum panel discussion on policies to protect tenants who are displaced from recevelopment projects. The panel will feature a recent report by UT Law students examining the demolition of an apartment complex on East Riverside Drive last year that displaced more than 500 low-income tenants and the City's ad hoc policy for dealing with displacement issues. Attendance is free but seating is limited. Lunch will be served.
