Join us as the Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society host a panel discussion on Section Five of the Voting Rights Act as the U.S. Supreme Court gears up to hear oral arguments in Shelby County v. Holder, a case directly challenging Section Five's constitutionality. Professor Joseph Fishkin will moderate the discussion on Section Five's constitutionality and its implications in election law litigation and legislation. Please invite anyone interested in this relevant subject. The featured speakers are:
