Discussion of the Immigration Reform Debate over Employment Rights: the Future of Immigrant Workers, U.S.-born Workers, Foreign Guest Workers, and Employers

In the emerging Congressional debate over immigration reform, the most difficult and far-reaching issue will be reform of immigrant labor and employment laws which, for better or worse, will modify the rights of immigrant workers, U.S.-born workers, future guest workers, and employers for decades to come. Prof. Bill Beardall will lead a discussion to help students and faculty follow and contribute to this historically-pivotal aspect of the immigration reform debate while it is taking place.
