Professor Sokolow will present a session entitled “Legal Analysis: Remedies Under the UCC” for 1Ls currently taking Contracts and working with the UCC. The session is a great explanation of remedies and how to analyze problems; students continually find the session to be incredibly helpful.

Locke Lord LLP invites all 1L students to join them for breakfast tacos on Thursday, December 5, from 8:00-10:00 a.m. in the Law School Atrium. This will be a great opportunity to learn about their 2014 1L Summer Associate Programs being hosted in their Austin, Dallas and Houston offices. Attorneys and recruiters from their Texas offices will be in attendance to answer questions about the Firm and to collect applications. If you are a 1L interested in applying, please stop by and provide a copy of your resume along with a cover letter indicating which office you are interested in pursuing a summer clerkship.
