Encompassing all aspects of intellectual property, this event will push the envelope on scholarship that develops and analyzes useful and organized data on how intellectual property actually functions or, as suggested by experimental studies, might function. Various invited scholars will be presenting papers or providing comments, but there will also be significant time for questions and answers involving the more general audience.
