Join ACS for a discussion about MALDEF's recent victory in fighting against Farmers Branch, Texas's lengthy series of attempts to unconstitutionally regulate immigrants who seek to live in Farmers Branch. Nina Perales, MALDEF's Vice President of Litigation, who argued the case successfully in the Fifth Circuit will be joining us for lunch.
