The Review of Litigation CLE Training

CCJ 2.306 (Eidman Courtroom)

This two-hour CLE event will feature a talk from Professors Mark Kincaid and Tracy McCormack about effective mediation strategies for practicing litigators and also address some of the ethical issues that arise in mediation. Afterwards, appellate lawyer Tim Patton will discuss Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 91a motion practice. Attending attorneys will receive 2 hours of CLE credit.
