Justice Janine Geske, a professor of law at Marquette University Law School and director of the school's Restorative Justice Initiative, speaks about recently passed legislation in Colorado and her moving experiences in creating opportunities for increased victim satisfaction, greater public safety, and substantial cost-savings to traditional correctional sanctions.
