Professor Sokolow will present a session entitled “Legal Analysis: Remedies Under the UCC” for 1Ls currently taking Contracts and working with the UCC. The session is a great explanation of remedies and how to analyze problems; students continually find the session to be incredibly helpful.

Registration and bidding for the 2015 Public Service Career Fair (PSCF) opens on Wednesday December 10, 2014 at noon. PSCF is the largest public service job fair for law students in Texas. During both days of the fair, public interest and government employers will conduct interviews for paid and unpaid summer and permanent positions. Employers may request to interview first, second, third-year and LL.M. students and/or alumni up to one year after graduation from nine participating Texas law schools.

You must register to use the Texas Consortium Symplicity Module, which is a different module than the Texas Law's Symplicity. Go to the Texas Consortium Symplicity Module. Click on the [Register] tab. Please fill in the requested information on your profile. When completed, click the [Submit] button. An automatically generated email will be sent to you to verify your email address. After approval, a new email will be generated to you with your password.
