Join the Texas Federalist Society and guests Marc Levin (UT Law alumnus and Director of the Texas Public Policy Foundation's Center for Effective Justice) and Derek Cohen (Deputy Director for the Center for Effective Justice) to discuss the conservative and libertarian perspectives on criminal justice reform.

This is part of a day-long exploration of criminal justice reform in America. At lunch, guests will hear from the conservative and libertarian perspectives. Then, at 4:00 p.m., guests are encouraged to continue the conversation with Justice Goodwin Liu and others representing the progressive view.
