Understanding Resiliency: Therapeutic Client Interviewing Training

TNH 2.123 (Beck Classroom)

Representatives from the International Center for Mental Health and Human Rights, a nonprofit based here in Austin, will hold a training at UT Law. The first part of the event will focus on understanding trauma and resiliency in human rights victims, and the second part will be a training on therapeutic interviewing with interactive exercises. The ICMHHR focuses on strengthening communities through the use of innovative therapeutic techniques

Shakespeare & the Law: A Midsummer Night's Dream

Student actors perform their rendition of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" as part of a performance and panel discussion. Reception begins at 6:30pm in the Jamil Pavilion. Performance will follow in the Eidman Courtroom. Panel Discussion follows.

Panelist will discuss legal and related issues central to "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
