Stop by SBA's table in the Atrium throughout the week to collect your FREE law week t-shirt.

Throughout law week, SBA is collecting non-perishable food items to benefit the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas. We are seeking healthy, non-perishable food items with intact, un-opened consumer or commercial and in non-breakable packaging. The items in highest demand are:

• peanut butter, • canned chicken breast or tuna, • canned low sodium vegetables, • canned fruit in its own juice (no sugar added), • dry pinto beans, • brown rice, • non-fat dry milk powder, and • 100% whole grain cereal.

Collection boxes will be located in the Atrium Monday through Thursday.

The Student Bar Association at Texas Law is proud to host our annual Law Week which will include a blood drive in partnership with the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. The event will take place in the Susman Godfrey atrium. The blood drive will only run from 9-1:30.

1Ls: Come learn about judicial clerkships - what they are, why you should clerk, and what you need to be doing now to best position yourself to apply during your 2L year. If you are at all interested in a judicial clerkship, you should definitely come to this program. Panelists will include U.S. District Judge Philip Martinez, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Jeffrey Bohm and Chief Justice Nathan Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas. Lunch will be provide

The Texas Law Alumni Association and Student Affairs Office are excited to announce the return of Popcorn Break in Spring 2016! Starting January 21, 2016, Popcorn Break will be every Thursday afternoon from 1:30 – 2:30 pm. The popcorn will be located in the Tom Clark Lounge. We look forward to seeing you there!
