Justin Levitt is the Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the DOJ's Civil Rights Division. An expert on election and constitutional law, Levitt oversees the Department's voting section and voting rights litigation. A Harvard Law School graduate on leave from Loyola Law School, he previously served as counsel at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law.
