We are studying the book of Ephesians this semester; each week, we will be discussing a new chapter. Breakfast and coffee will be provided!

Our goal is to create a safe space for women interested in learning more about Christ through studying and applying God's Word in law school and beyond. Our Bible study is a place for Christian fellowship and encouragement, and women from all Christian faith traditions and denominations are welcome!

Constitution Day Debate: Living Constitution v. Originalism

The Texas Federalist Society celebrates Constitution Day with a debate on two competing approaches to constitutional interpretation: Living Constitution and Originalism. Professor Steve Vladek of Texas Law will debate on behalf of the living constitution interpretation. Professor Stephen Sachs of Duke Law will debate on behalf of the originalist interpretation. Free lunch will be provided.

Shakespeare and the Law -- Richard III

Student actors perform their rendition of Shakespeare's "Richard III" as part of a performance and panel discussion. Reception begins at 6:30pm in the Jamil Pavilion. Performance will follow in the Eidman Courtroom. Panel Discussion follows.

Panelist will discuss legal and related issues central to "Richard III".
