ABOUT THE EVENT Join the KBH Center for a distinguished lecture by Senator Kevin Ramnarine, the former Energy Minister of Trinidad and Tobago. Senator Ramnarine will discuss his experiences as energy minister in Trinidad and Tobago and his perspective on energy development generally in the Caribbean.
