Michael Molina is the Vice Chancellor for Facilities Planning and Construction for the Texas Tech University System. John Huffaker is the Vice Chancellor and General Counsel for the Texas Tech University System. Mr. Molina and Mr. Huffaker will take us through the real estate development process, from understanding the players and acquiring the land to planning and the realities of code compliance and municipal relationships.

'The Good Lie' Film Screening
