Bible Study with Texas Law Women's Christian Fellowship

We are studying the book of Ephesians this semester; each week, we will be discussing a new chapter. Breakfast will be provided!

Our goal is to create a safe space for women interested in learning more about Christ through studying and applying God's Word in law school and beyond. Our Bible study is a place for Christian fellowship and encouragement, and women from all Christian faith traditions and denominations are welcome!

Townes Hall Morning Coffee

Outside 1L Classrooms

Townes Hall Morning Coffee for all students every Monday morning. Please bring your favorite travel mug from home (we are “going green,” so no paper products will be provided) and enjoy FREE coffee every Monday morning to start off your week on behalf of the Alumni Association. Coffee will be located at one, large station located near the 1L Classrooms (by TNH 2.140, TNH 2.139, etc.) beginning at 8:45 am.

“Labor Migration, Degrees of Privilege, and the Politics of Hope in Turkey”

As part of the Rapoport Center's fall colloquium on Labor, Inequality and Human Rights, Professor Ayshe Parla of Sabanci University (Istanbul) will present a lecture entitled “Labor Migration, Degrees of Privilege, and the Politics of Hope in Turkey.”

Class Divided: A Screening

TNH 3.127 (Roberts Classroom)

Join Texas Law ACS for a screening of the HBO documentary "Class Divide." The film focuses on the impact of gentrification in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea as an example of the growing economic disparity in urban communities across the country. Dinner will be provided and a short group discussion will follow the screening.
