Larry Kramer, President of the Hewlett Foundation and former Dean of Stanford Law School, will deliver the University of Texas Law School Endowed Lecture for 2016-17 at 10:00 am on February 1, 2017 and also do talk on climate change at 2:00 pm the same day. The Endowed Lecture is entitled, "The Long and Short of It: The Problem of Fixing U.S. Democracy."

This Friday of the Confence will feature three panels on our three books. The book will be “presented,” as it were, by one of the panelists, for about 25 minutes, and then two other panelists will offer 15-minute critique/appreciations of the book, followed by a short rebuttal by the author and then, a general discussion all around.
