Through this interactive session, participants will examine the relationship of identity, gender, culture and ethnicity to conflict dynamics. Professionals will explore the role that bias and "us vs. them" thinking has in the way that conflict is constructed, the manner by which parties experience the conflict, and the lens that the conflict resolution professional places on the process. Participants will dive into the concept of shared identities and gain skills needed to transform divisive issues into opportunities for understanding and constructive resolution.

For 3Ls seeking permanent employment, come learn about Texas Law's three-month postgraduate internship program, the Long Career Launch Program (LCLP). Bring any questions you have about the Program, including host organization selection, application strategy, program benefits, and administrative logistics. LCLP Administrator Nicole Simmons will be on hand to answer questions and discuss how to maximize the benefit of LCLP.
