On April 24th, the Institute is hosting its inaugural distinguished lecture. José V. Zapata, a Partner in the Bogotá office of Holland & Knight, will give a presentation titled “The Growing Challenge for Non-Renewable and Renewable Resources: Can the Rule of Law Capture More Than the Social License to Operate and Develop and Integrative Approach?” This presentation is being organized with support from the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Lunch will be served.
