The Center for Women in Law and Texas Business Law Society invite you to a Women in M&A Panel Discussion presented by the American Bar Association’s Women in M&A Task Force. A panel of distinguished women practicing M&A at some of North America’s top law firms will share strategies for success inspired by their own challenges and accomplishments, and will seek to demystify the world of M&A by addressing topics such as what you can do to prepare for a career in M&A, balancing a demanding career with a fulfilling personal life, finding mentors, and more. Panelists include Rita-Anne O’Neill, Partner, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (Los Angeles); Kim Erlanson, ‘00, Legal Director, Corporate at Dell (Austin); Pamela Millard, Partner, Potter Anderson & Carroon LLP (Wilmington, DE); and Charlotte May, Associate, Covington & Burling LLP (Washington D.C.). Moderate by Jennifer Muller, Managing Director, Houlihan Lokey (San Francisco). Whether you are a woman or ally interested in M&A specifically, business law generally, join us as we explore careers in M&A.

Refreshments will be served. RSVP by Wednesday, September 12, on Symplicity by selecting “Events”.
