Students will learn the Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that govern a lawyer’s responsibilities in this circumstance, as well as best practices in responding to a colleague who is experiencing varying degrees of an impairment. The event will celebrate Michael Tigar’s career, as we launch a website organized around a digital archive of his papers that he generously donated to the Rapoport Center and the Briscoe Center in 2016.
