Learn about the Austin Inns of Court

Attorneys and law students involved in the Austin Inns of Court will table in the atrium. The Austin Inns of Court accept a limited number of student members each year. This is an excellent opportunity for law students to meet and be mentored by local judges and practicing attorneys across a range of fields, and to learn about the American Inns of Court movement. Student members often go on after they graduate from law school to join Inns of Court in the cities where they practice.

Come meet us to learn about this great opportunity and the application process! (Most Inns will select student members for 2019-2020 in early June; some Inn applications are due at the end of May.)

What is an American Inn of Court?: “The American Inns of Court is an association of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals from all levels and backgrounds who share a passion for professional excellence. Through regular meetings, members are able to build and strengthen professional relationships; discuss fundamental concerns about professionalism and pressing legal issues of the day; share experiences and advice; exhort the utmost passion and dedication for the law; provide mentoring opportunities; and advance the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and civility.”
