Hey everyone! Join the UTLaw Yoga Club for an hour of mindfulness, lead by two UT students at 1 PM this Monday. The first ten minutes will cover beginner-level breathing and mindfulness techniques, followed by an hour-long, guided flow. Join us for as much or as little as you have time for! ANY level, beginner to expert, is welcome and encouraged to join. Just follow the link below to tune in on Monday.

Tip: If you don't have a yoga mat, but want to try it out, a towel will work just fine
