A conversation with Professor Elizabeth Sepper about the recent SCOTUS decision, Bostock v. Clayton County, which held that sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act includes discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and discrimination on the basis of gender identity. Professor Sepper will break down what the decision means for employment, how the decision could be applied to other areas, such as healthcare, and potential challenges on the basis of religious liberty.
