In recent years, the Electoral College has come under fire as outdated, and doubt has been cast on whether it still serves the best interests of the American people. Following a tumultuous election season, Professors Stephen Sachs of Duke Law and Sanford Levinson of Texas Law will be discussing the origins and structure of the electoral college and whether it should maintain its prominence in modern elections.
