The Electoral College's Finest Hour?

Please join the Texas Federalist Society for its first debate of 2021! In recent years, the Electoral College has come under fire as outdated, and doubt has been cast on whether it still serves the best interests of the American people. Following a tumultuous election season, Professors Stephen Sachs of Duke Law and Sanford Levinson of Texas Law will be discussing the origins and structure of the electoral college and whether it should maintain its prominence in modern elections.

The first 50 Texas Law students to register will receive a $10 redemption code for DoorDash to enjoy a meal during the event.

Note: Registration is not required to attend any of the Texas Federalist Society's virtual events this semester; it is only required for each event if you would like to make use of the DoorDash discount.
